Yoga Girl Chocolate (or The Best Chocolate Ever)


Yoga Girl Chocolate
(or The Best Chocolate Ever)

In a bowl melt -         ½  cup coconut oil

Mix in-                        2/3 cup raw cacao powder
                                    5 tbsp maple syrup
                                    1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
                                    a dash of sea salt

When you have blended all of that together so that it is smooth, pour half of the chocolate mixture in a lightly oiled pan. Place the pan in your freezer for 10 minutes (or these days a stick it outside for 5 minutes- [its 5 degrees out]).

When it is solid, smear almond butter, or peanut butter, or sun butter, or any healthy nut butter all over the frozen half.

The pour the other half of the chocolate mixture in dollops over the nut butter and carefully spread with a knife until the nut butter is covered. Place the whole thing in the fridge over night or in the freezer for 30 minutes our outside for like 10 minutes (if it is winter in Buffalo).

Then ENJOY it.
